Getting Started
Please call the office (201) 305 - 0772 or use the contact form to set up an initial consultation. The initial consultation will also determine if I am a good fit for your clinical needs.
I have both in-person (in Greenpoint) and telehealth availability.
If I am unable to answer, please leave your name, phone number, and the best times to reach you, and I will call you back.
Fees
Self-Pay Rates
$200 for individual sessions.
$250 for family / couples sessions.
Insurance: In and Out-of-Network Coverage
In Network Coverage
I am currently in network with Aetna and United Health Care through Headway. Please contact me to see if I have in-network availability.
Out of Network Coverage
For those with an out of network insurance, I can provide documentation (a “superbill”) if you wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage. You may receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company if your plan covers services with “out-of-network providers". When you call your insurance company, you can ask:
What are my "out-of-network" outpatient mental health benefits?
What is my annual deductible and has it been met?
How long will it take to get reimbursed after I send in my superbill?
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give 24 business hours advanced notice. If you are unable to do so, I will need to charge in full for the time that was reserved for you, unless you are able to reschedule your session within the week. Through Headway you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee.
I understand that life is often unpredictable and there are unexpected circumstances that can arise. With advanced notice, I will try my best to accommodate your schedule change requests.
Cancellation policy
Outside of business hours you can call an outside crisis line by dialing or texting 988. In case of a mental health emergency dial 911 or go to the nearest ER.
